Owner: Dove FilesBy accessing or using DoveFiles.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to original artwork, logos, visual identity systems, digital design assets, written content, branding proposals, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Dove Files unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any materials without prior written permission, unless otherwise licensed.
2. Use of Public Domain and Archival Imagery
Some images and visual materials featured on DoveFiles.com — particularly in moodboards, inspiration decks, and conceptual development — are sourced from public domain archives (such as museums, libraries, or cultural institutions). These are used for educational, artistic, and inspirational purposes only.
We make every effort to ensure that:
Any third-party visual material is accurately credited (where attribution is required),
Imagery is either in the public domain or licensed for reuse under open-access policies (e.g., The Met, Rijksmuseum, Getty, etc.),
No copyrighted or proprietary content is used without permission.
If you are a rights holder and believe your material has been used improperly, please contact us immediately and we will review and address the issue.
3. Client Work & Creative Licensing
All commissioned design work is created exclusively for the client’s intended purpose as outlined in the proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All delivered assets are non-exclusive and may not be resold or distributed without permission.
Revisions or edits to design files must be carried out by Dove Files unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for animation integration or collaborative purposes).
Raw/source files (such as layered PSDs or working Illustrator files) are only provided when specified in the contract.
Ownership or licensing of artwork is determined on a project-by-project basis. You do not own rights to raw concepts or unused design explorations unless specifically included.
4. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital materials such as zines, workbooks, templates, or other downloadable resources are for personal use only unless explicitly licensed for commercial use.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless a product is defective or otherwise required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dove Files makes no guarantees about the outcomes resulting from use of our creative materials or services (e.g., increased visibility, brand growth, or client conversions). Use of the Site and any materials is at your own discretion.
We are not liable for:
Interruptions to website access,
Errors or omissions in content,
Any loss, damage, or claim arising from external links or third-party services.
6. External Links
